In order to access a tunnel resource you need to add both a tunnel resource host and a tunnel set. A tunnel set consists of one or several tunnels and each tunnel points to a tunnel resource. A tunnel resource can be used in several tunnel sets.
You can add Web resources or tunnel resources.
Tunnel resources are client-server applications that are not Web enabled.
On the main menu, click Manage Resource Access and then click Tunnel Resources in the left-hand menu.
Click Add Tunnel Resource Host.
Enter general settings. Display Name and Host are mandatory.
Click Next.
Specify access rules to protect the resource.
Select the appropriate access rules that must apply to the new Web resource host in the Available Access Rules list, or click Add Access Rules to create resource specific access rules.
Click Next.
The confirmation page is displayed.
Click Finish Wizard.
The tunnel resource host is now added. Note that you must continue to add a tunnel set that includes the tunnel resource to make it available in the Portal.
On the main menu, click Manage Resource Access and then click Tunnel Sets in the left-hand menu.
Click Add tunnel set.
Enter general settings. Display Name and a Static Tunnel or Dynamic Tunnel is mandatory.
Click Next.
Enter advanced settings when applicable.
Click Next.
Specify access rules to protect the tunnel set.
Select the appropriate access rules that must apply to the new web resource host in the Available Access Rules list, or click Add Access Rules to create resource specific access rules.
Click Finish Wizard.
To publish the configuration, click Publish in the top menu.
The tunnel set is now added and the user can access the tunnel resources included in the tunnel set using the Access Client according to the specified access rules.
